Behind the Build: Meet the Director

My path into the automotive scene didn't start in a childhood garage—I actually came to the car world a bit later than most. However, with a background deeply rooted in engineering, I’ve always had a natural obsession with how complex machines are designed, built, and perfected. Stepping into automotive mechanics was a steep learning curve, but wrestling with a chassis and seeing that technical knowledge click into place has been one of the most rewarding parts of my life.

Right now, my personal obsession is my Nissan 180SX—a platform that keeps me hands-on in the workshop as I hone my skills for the ultimate personal goal: sourcing and building an R32 GT-R from the bare shell up.

Spending time traveling through both Japan and the US cemented my passion for this world. It wasn't just about the cars; it was the dedication to craft, the attention to detail, and the raw energy of the global street and drift scene. I realized the UK market didn't need another faceless reseller dropping shipping boxes from third-party suppliers.

That’s why I built Wildflower Autoworks on direct relationships. I personally work with the manufacturers, brands, and Japanese export partners we represent. When you buy a part or trust us to import a vehicle, you aren't dealing with a middleman—you're dealing directly with someone who understands the engineering, respects the culture, and knows the reality of building a car in the UK.
